This Journal is cyclical (without a specific year) which means that whenever you get it−no matter the day or season−you can begin. Simply start with today's date, and then next year fill in the days you "missed" (see explanation on page 59).
Also, it's best to have a family member or a good friend get their own Journal too−it's much more fun that way!
